Caught in the open sea or in Sicilian tuna traps, the tuna arrives in our farm, where it is hand processed and preserved using only salt and local olive oil.

A very valuable peach product, it has a meat rich in essential fatty acids, proteins and omega 3, which make it suitable for a healthy and balanced diet.

Tasty and versatile, it lends itself to the preparation of various dishes: first courses, salads, pizzas and focaccia.
